Strengthen and Stretch
Vinyasa Flow for Adults/ Young Adults

This class is taught to build and sustain mobility, strength, and resilience.  Students are encouraged to build a deeper understanding of their individual body structure (how to move with it and within it) through breath and movement.  Traditional Yoga poses and principles are broken down so that all bodies and experience levels can participate in Asana (the physical movement of a Yoga practice) with confidence and enthusiasm, on and off the mat.

Plot Twist Yoga
Yoga Book Club for Adults/ Young Adults

A Librarian’s Twist on Vinyasa Flow: A movement class to build and sustain mobility and strength through poses that emphasize the chosen book’s themes and ideas. Explore traditional yoga poses through different books, bringing book club into the physical Asana practice.

Bendy Bookworm
Children & Tweens Yoga

A Librarian’s Twist on Yoga: Children learn a funky flow of yoga poses taught through a new book each class!! This class brings novels into a physical practice in a safe and fun atmosphere. Be ready to get your bendy bookworm on!

Bendy Bookworm
Toddler Yoga Story Time

A twist to traditional story time. Stories come alive when children actively participate with movement. Weaving traditional yoga poses and energy exercises together with story books and rhymes brings a new physical element to literacy; teaching focus, attention, and body awareness/control.
